Owner & President - John Falcone

John is the President, founder and owner of Falcone Roofing. At 18 years of age, John began his career in the roofing and construction industry as a roofing helper. His quality work spurred a quick promotion to production foreman. John has advanced to leading Falcone Roofing Company, which he has grown to one of the most highly respected roofing and construction companies in Southeastern Massachusetts. John has provided his clients with cost effective, quality roofing services since 1992. In 1994 John and his wife Karla moved to Plymouth where they live and raise their two children.

Head Project Manager - Gianni Falcone

Gianni is our head project manager and estimator at Falcone Roofing. Gianni has been working for the company since the age of 15 beside the owner John, who is his father. Throughout his years at Falcone Roofing, he has become a very important figure; learning generational
knowledge about the trade and applying it to all of his jobs daily.

Office Manager - Isabella Falcone

Isabella is the office manager at Falcone Roofing. She has worked in the office since 2018. She manages all the contracts and papers along with being one of the main faces and voices to the clients. She Works beside John, her father, as well. She indulges in the trade – understanding the ins and outs of how to run a business.

Foreman - Cleiton Nunes

Cleiton’s keen eye and desire for perfection makes all of his projects stand out. He has been with the company since 2008 and is a very valuable team member. Cleiton specializes in cedar siding projects and also is the lead repair man. His knowledge for the trade reaches far and wide to all exterior specialties.

Apprentice - Joe Rossetti

Joe dedicates his work days to learning beside Cleiton; specializing in roofing, siding and window installation. Joe also plays an important role in our repair branch at Falcone Roofing. His growth from when he started back in 2021 till now has been tremendous.
